Who we are looking for
We are on the lookout for a Marketing-Focused Project Manager who is not only skilled in overseeing projects but also possesses a deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing plans, and product innovation. This role is tailored for an individual who thrives in developing strategies that drive product growth and who is comfortable working cross-functionally to bring these strategies to life while ensuring brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, emphasizing marketing strategies, brand development, and product innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions, integrating marketing insights into every aspect of the project.
- Analyze and report on brand performance, using data to determine ROI and inform future strategies.

- Regularly update stakeholders and team members on project progress, with a focus on marketing effectiveness and brand health.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and marketing strategies.
- Strong ability in innovative thinking and strategic planning, particularly in marketing and brand development.
- Excellent skills in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform brand strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to clearly articulate complex marketing strategies and brand concepts.In German and English.
- Strong project management skills, with a history of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
