Terms & Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking.
By booking a class, you agreed to accept all terms and conditions written in here. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to PA@tamarawilliamsproject.com
50% Deposit should be sent to us within 5 days of registration to confirm your place. The remaining 50% of the fee is required to be paid 6 weeks before the Masterclass. The booking deposit is non-refundable. If the class is cancelled due to COVID-19 related restrictions, then the booking fee can be applied to a future online or live class. We recommend that you secure travel insurance as well. Failure to pay the amount owed will result in losing the slot and the deposit is not refundable. If fees are not paid by the due date, Tamara Williams will be entitled to reallocate your place. You shall remain liable for the remainder of the fee for the workshop if we are not able to fill your place in the workshop.
Paypal & Transfer Fees – All PayPal and/or Bank transfer and cancellation fees are solely responsible by the interested participants.
Transfer of Class– If you are unable to attend the masterclass and therefore, wish to attend to another upcoming class, you should notify us 2 weeks prior to the event to be able to transfer to a different class. Given the future class has the same price as your booked class, if it is higher, you will be charged an additional fee .
Tamara Williams is entitled to cancel, change the venue or make any changes to the structure of the class at any time. In the event that changes were made, all participants will be notified of any changes immediately. Deposits and payments will be refunded accordingly if the class is cancelled. Please note that all travel and accommodation costs for the masterclass will not be refunded.
Splitting of class and taking only one day is not allowed. All participants are required to attend both full days. If you are unable to attend you must notify us by email at PA@tamarawilliamsproject.de . Missing the class due to lateness or whatsoever are not entitled for any refunds.
If Unacceptable behaviour including actions, words or physical gestures that could cause of another person’s distress or discomfort will not be allowed and you will be asked to leave the class.
Image Usage & Privacy
Participants are not allowed to use images taken at the class for any business or commercial purposes. All images are strictly for portfolio use only (Social Media & Website). Submission to any magazines, agencies and companies, or using for advertisements without permission are strictly prohibited. Attendees must credit Tamara Williams when posting images on social media.
Use of video cameras for filming the class at any time is prohibited unless permitted.
Tamara Williams will not be responsible for any personal injury, loss or damages to your personal property and premises occuring at the masterclass.
The Contract contains all the terms agreed between you and Tamara Williams Photography and supersedes any discussions or other information previously provided concerning the masterclass.

What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

What Information Is Collected?
Internet Traffic Data
Internet traffic data includes but is not limited to internet service provider information, collection of IP addresses, entry and exit pages, various operating systems and other such information. We collect no personally identifying information through this process, and it is used to help analyze user traffic with respect to various services available through the Site to allow for a more customized and enjoyable user experience.

Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

This Site uses Facebook Conversion and Tracking Pixels to gather data for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data is used to allow Facebook and its partners display advertisements according to Facebook’s Data Use Policy and Business Advertising Policy.
